We went on a nature walk today with Jacksons friend Lucy and her mom Jen (friend/ works at our store). The weather was perfect, partly sunny and cool and all the leaves are just starting to change colors up at Rock Creek, which was great for us as the point of Jacksons walk was to collect leaves in his basket for us to take home for our "lesson" tommorow. (We have a preschool lesson plan up and running now, which he is SUPER excited about.)
He was so excited I had to keep calling him back so I didn't lose him...
Lucy was ready for a nap, and so was a little less than enthusiastic about leaves, pictures etc....but this is a cute pic of the two of them. Jackson was actually a gentlemen today, sharing his leaves with her and giving her snacks. It gives me hope...I think his social skills are improving:)
