Just a quick post to say how proud I am of my mom for winning the Missoula County Public Library Annual Writing Contest in both fiction AND non-fiction for adults. Seriously people. Both categories, first place.
Unfortunately I am no longer allowed to publish photos of said writer on the internet...so the picture of her stack of winnings will have to suffice...

Grandpa Jack giving Jackson some tips on how to bottle feed a hungry baby exotic sheep. The thing is so darned cute...all I want to do is hug it.

Jackson is sporting a new "boy" haircut...thanks to Grandma. He decided the other day that he wanted it cut "like his dad's"...so away to the kitchen...He was REALLY mad when it was all over because he expected to have Matt's exact hair...color and everything (or maybe "grape colored":) and was disapointed that it was "still yellow." Everyone else likes it...especially me..alot easier to keep this 'do free of tangles.

Easter at Grandma's was a whirlwind event. We found out the night before that Silas was going to go to Seattle with my dad on Sunday...so we had about three hours on Sunday morning to open Easter baskets, dye eggs and have a couple of egg hunts...but we pulled it off and the kids had a great time!!
